Our high-tech latest machinery consists of ‘Homag SAWTEQ B-300 FlexTec and Storage Retrieval Saw’ which is a fully automated system that involves an integrated robot to complete our panel cutting process. This alongside two PU edgebanders offers us speed, accuracy, and efficiency in our panel products. Working with the finest materials on the market enables us to deliver not only quantity but also a quality that lasts.

CNC
The CNC operations consist of several Homag machines which allow us to achieve amazingly accurate results every time, exactly to specification no matter how complex. 5-axis machines such as our Homag Venture 115M allows us to drill, route, and saw on angles with precision and speed. Our two BAZ machines allow a seamless edge allowing an incredible finish on a variety of shaped edges.

Assembly
With over 10,000 sq ft of assembly area with a team of dedicated and highly skilled assembly operators, our aim is to supply a high-quality build to your custom specification. The assembly team at Watson's works towards products that are precisely and consistently of a high quality that will exceed customers' expectations. Together with the finished product they are wrapped, strapped, and palletized to ensure it makes it to the customer undamaged.
